I write as a concerned resident, a resident of the community that I live in, the one that was so recently vandalized and defaced. The letters were written in the anger of a resident that found her community vandalized by the very people that are supposed to serve by representing the residents in this community. These letters are the result of the ignorance of the Councilwoman and the residents she represents. The letters are the result of the ignorance of the citizens of our city regarding their city council.
This is a time for change. A time where the citizens can have a dialogue and get to the bottom of things that are going on. It is my opinion by posting the letters, the Councilwoman can no longer represent the interests of all who were affected by this vandalism.
I have watched as residents of my neighborhood and my city council have been divided upon our community, that we were divided because we have been divided by the citizens that we elect. I am tired of the lack of representation and what is going on with the city council.
The City is facing a need for a new leader for this council. Someone that can restore some faith to this council by bringing the citizens together to give the people their voices heard by the mayor, the City Council and the city at large.
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and for your comments. You are the voice of the citizens. I am truly sorry that you had to continue to read the vitriolic letter by the current Councilwoman.

Councilwoman, I am a resident of the St. Petersburg metropolitan area. I have personally witnessed this councilwoman’s actions as the current City Council Member. It appears obvious that she did not understand the significance of this event. It appears obvious she cannot be trusted
