From LeBron to Legend, celebs praise Mayor-elect Karen Bass: ‘CONGRATULATIONS QUEEN!’

The first reaction from Chicago’s new mayor-elect, Karen Bass, was not so much a surprise – at least not right away.

The reality is that, as I predicted, Bass may very well be in for the most difficult job of her professional life, but she’s clearly prepared for the challenge.

As she said to co-host Jenny Yang, “I am going to do everything I can, no matter how long it takes, no matter how long it takes, no matter how much it costs. I’m going to do everything I can in my power to make sure that our City of Chicago, our state of Illinois, and our country come together and to make sure that we heal and that
